Phase

The assessment phase ran largely in parallel with Phase 4 in the last period, taking up the experiences of the demonstration phase. It started at the end of phase 3 and finished by the end of the project. The assessment phase documented the project results and combined the findings of the specific application cases to make them available for a broader future application.

Milestone (Month 48)

Each of the ACs presented a ‘virtual ship model’, showcasing a technical vision of a ship with drastically reduced emission and improved energy balance. A comprehensive Life Cycle Performance Assessment for each of these ship types proved the achievements of the project impact and objectives, covering both cost efficiency and environment.
